Many Native people live with high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.  Live to be active and be healthy to help prevent diseases and their complications.  Keep your body, mind and spirit strong with your own natural pace running or walking. 

Purpose

Our purpose is to bring awareness of the impact made from Tom Longboat's active lifestyle, athletic career, and achievements in the Six Nations community and in the Sport Industry. We want to educate on the importance of healthy living, strong community, and helping youth achieve their athletic goals.
